Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
  • Promote Bajaj Finserv financial products and services
  • Maintain customer engagement and follow-up
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
  • Provide basic customer support and resolve queries

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass)
  • Freshers are welcome to apply

Languages Required:

  • Hindi
  • English
  • Marathi

Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of customer service
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Salary:

  • 12,200/- (In-hand)

Shift Timing:

  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Week Off:

  • Rotational

Gender:

  • Open to Male and Female candidates
