About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to prospective customers, highlighting business value and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proven ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
