About Company : About Us: DATOMS is an IoT platform designed to streamline asset management and operations for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of engines and related products. The platform addresses the complex needs of OEMs by providing comprehensive solutions that enhance product performance, improve operational efficiency, and reduce downtime. We re looking for a self-driven Demand Manager who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and knows how to drive results. You should be hands-on with demand generation, obsessed with metrics, and passionate about delivering pipeline growth. This role calls for someone who takes full ownership, from defining customer segments to executing campaigns, managing SDRs, and hitting lead/revenue quotas. If youre hands-on, metrics-driven, and ready to hit bold goals this is your role. Roles & Responsibilities: Define and create customer segments based on business attributes, source information, and behavioral insights to map the buyer journey. Design and implement demand generation strategies tailored to specific segments and campaign goals. Execute multi-channel B2B campaigns across email, social, paid ads, and webinars with clear objectives (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline). Use marketing automation and CRM tools to manage, track, and optimize campaigns. Write personalized outreach emails or conduct cold calling as part of targeted ABM efforts. Implement lead-nurturing workflows to move leads through the funnel effectively. Plan and participate in events and exhibitions to build brand visibility and generate qualified leads; identify relevant industry expos, and represent the company in key networking opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to align messaging and campaign execution. Define, track, and analyze key KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversion rates, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and Excel. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new tools/techniques in demand generation. Conduct regular customer and market research to guide demand strategy and content focus. Manage and coach SDRs to ensure timely lead follow-ups, campaign alignment, and quota attainment. Own individual and team quotas for lead generation and revenue contribution. Communicate performance insights clearly to stakeholders and adjust strategy based on results. Qualifications : Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus. Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS, IoT, or technology-driven industries. Proven success in running multi-channel demand generation campaigns that resulted in measurable pipeline and revenue growth. Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing strategies, and marketing automation workflows. Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
