Job Overview

Krishikranti Organics is hiring an Outbound Sales Executive – Agriculture to support sales communication, coordination, and day-to-day administrative activities. This role is ideal for agriculture graduates with strong communication and negotiation skills who are comfortable with outbound calling and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to customers, dealers, and vendors
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations
• Handle emails, documentation, and basic reporting
• Maintain customer and sales-related data accurately
• Support management with administrative and coordination tasks
• Assist in negotiation and communication with dealers and clients
• Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales, agri-sales, or similar role
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
• Ability to work on-site in Bhopal
