Job Description

You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills - Ability to work on your own initiative - Financial & commercial awareness with good numerical skills - Problem-solving aptitude and ability - Demonstrable experience in a collections role is required - SAP Experience - PC literacy, particularly in MS Office (Windows NT) - Demonstrate a customer-focused and target-oriented approach - Work closely with customers to negotiate effective outcomes - Committed approach to teamwork - Resilient under pressure and able to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands - Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills - Adaptable to a changing environment - Able to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to liaise with Senior management Qualifications required: - Experience: 1 to 5 years Please note that the company is HCL Technologies and the location for this job position is in Bangalore.
