Position Titles / Roles OT Security Engineer Role Objective To ensure the security and resilience of operational technology systems by implementing robust measures, identifying risks, and responding effectively to incidents. The role emphasizes safeguarding critical infrastructures and supporting seamless operations 2. Role Detailing Work Areas Responsibilities & Outcomes OT Security Design Implement security measures to protect SCADA systems, PLCs, & industrial control systems. Risk Assessments Conduct evaluations to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in OT systems. Policy Development Establish and enforce security standards and procedures for operational environments. Incident Management Respond to and resolve security incidents and breaches in OT environments effectively. Collaboration Work closely with IT and OT teams to ensure security measures are seamlessly integrated. Training & Updates Provide staff training and stay current with evolving OT security trends and technologies.
