GOMABAI NETRALAYA is a Trust-run Ophthalmic Institute located in Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh, India. Established in 1992, GOMABAI NETRALAYA is one of India's foremost ophthalmic institutes known for its commitment to eye care.

Role Description

Supervise and optimize OT operations

Coordinate interdepartmentally

Ensure compliance with NABH standards

Liaise with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing leaders

Lead and monitor all clinical trainings

Analyze OT performance data, delays, and outcomes

Support patient safety, clinical governance, and process enhancement

Qualifications

B.Sc. Nursing / Diploma in OT Technology
Bachelor’s in Optometry (B.Optom)

Experience:

10+ years in OT or clinical coordination (Eye care experience preferred,The candidate should have a strong understanding of eye care workflows, surgical coordination, quality standards (including NABH), team leadership, and must possess certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS."
