Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OT Manager, based in Edapally, Kochi. The OT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the operating theater, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance are maintained. The role includes managing staff schedules, training new team members, coordinating with surgeons and anesthetists to ensure surgical procedures run smoothly, maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Experience in managing healthcare facilities, specifically operating theaters
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field
• Previous experience as an OT Manager or similar role is preferred
