Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an OT Manager. The OT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Operating Theatres, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. This includes managing the OT staff, coordinating with surgeons and anesthetists, scheduling surgeries, maintaining inventory and equipment, and implementing efficient workflows. The OT Manager will also ensure compliance with hospital policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
