Location: Neemuch ,MP Key Responsibilities (in a Nutshell): · Supervise and optimize OT operations beyond the scope of the OT Incharge, ensuring efficient scheduling, protocol adherence, and surgical preparedness. · Coordinate interdepartmentally (OPD, IPD, Counseling, Diagnostics) for smooth surgical workflow and patient care continuity. · Ensure compliance with NABH standards , infection control protocols, and emergency preparedness including BLS/ACLS readiness. · Liaise with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing leaders , acting as a clinical bridge between frontline execution and top-level management. · Lead and monitor all clinical trainings within the OT and related departments, including onboarding, skills upgrades, mock drills, and competency evaluations. · Analyze OT performance data, delays, and outcomes , and drive quality improvement initiatives based on findings. · Support patient safety, clinical governance, and process enhancement in alignment with institutional goals. Qualifications: B.Sc.
