Role Overview We are looking to appoint a competent and dedicated OT Manager to oversee the overall functioning of our Operation Theatre (OT) complex. The role involves operational leadership, compliance management, and coordination with clinical teams to ensure safe and efficient surgical services. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of all OTs, ensuring adherence to clinical, safety, and infection control protocols Coordinate surgery schedules with surgeons, anaesthetists, nursing teams, and technical staff Supervise sterilisation processes, waste disposal, and infection prevention measures in line with NABH/ISO standards Ensure availability, functionality, and maintenance of OT instruments, equipment, and consumables Handle OT staffing: duty allocation, training, performance evaluation, and ongoing professional development Maintain complete and accurate documentation of surgical procedures, sterilisation cycles, and internal audits Identify process gaps and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with hospital administration on budgeting, resource planning, and infrastructure enhancement Qualifications and Skills Required Educational Background: B.Sc Nursing / GNM / BPT / MHA or equivalent healthcare qualification Prior experience in managing OT functions, preferably in a multispeciality or tertiary-care hospital Strong understanding of surgical protocols, hospital accreditation norms, and infection control Effective leadership, communication, and organisational skills Proficiency in using OT scheduling systems and hospital information software Application Process Interested candidates may apply by sending their updated resume to navtulsihospital@gmail.com with the subject: “Application for OT Manager – Tulsi Multispeciality Hospital” Alternatively, you can apply via LinkedIn.
