Role- Assistant Manager Customer Services(Order Management)

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a first-class experience while dealing with Organisation. The role requires the incumbent to support the Manager in ensuring that all touchpoints from order enquiry to post order receipt support are addressed timely and to the customers satisfaction. Team Lead is accountable for ensuring that customer orders are serviced efficiently from initial enquiry on pricing/availability, order entry, inventory allocation, associated paperwork, through to final invoicing and (any) query resolution

The Customer Service Team Lead will be required to work in a cross functional environment requiring engagement with functions such as In Field Sales, Planning, Order Management, Internal Commercial, Logistics and Finance functions. The incumbent will also support any new offshoring / expansion of roles that may result from future business needs.

The primary goal of this role is to ensure that suppliers and customers have an enriching and satisfying experience when dealing with Quintes. Customers should have an overall satisfying experience, thereby enabling true supplier customer relationship to build and partner.
