Role & responsibilities Lead and oversee daily branch operations in Dhariwal, Gurdaspur. Supervise and coordinate with staff members to ensure smooth workflow. Manage Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders : confirm, follow up, and resolve customer queries. Handle Amazon-related tasks : listings, barcode compliance, and packing as per Amazon FBA/FBM guidelines. Ensure proper stock handling, dispatch, packaging, and quality checks. Take independent decisions on warranty claims, replacements, and escalations . Act as the first point of contact for solving daily office/operational issues . Maintain reporting to management with updates on operations, sales, and staff performance. Preferred candidate profile Mandatory: 1 years of experience in e-commerce operations/management . Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, listings, barcodes, and packing guidelines .
