Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Analyst located in Pune. The Analyst will be responsible for data analysis, market research, and reporting to support business decisions. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing data, working on PO and sales orders, solving stakeholder's queries and interpreting trends, preparing reports, and assisting with data-driven strategy development. The Analyst will work closely with other team members to provide insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.

Skills

• Basic graduate in any discipline

• Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in BPO environment preferably retail/CPG industry

• Mandate hands on experience in order management, order fulfilment and claims

• Experience in ERP system like SAP is preferred

• Knowledge in supply chain is a plus

• Direct import business experience is a plus

• O2C experience is preferred

• Reporting and analytical ability to handle order generation procedures

• Job Location is Pune and 100% WFO.
