Role Objective

The Online Ordering & Aggregator Growth Intern will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the brand’s presence on online food delivery platforms, tracking order trends, offers, and performance metrics, and conducting competitor analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support growth in online sales.

Key Responsibilities

Online Ordering Platform Monitoring

• Monitor daily performance on online food delivery platforms
• Track order volume, cancellations, ratings, and customer feedback
• Ensure menus, prices, availability, images, and descriptions are accurate
• Monitor new outlet onboarding and platform updates

Order Trend & Performance Analysis

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly order trends
• Identify peak ordering times and high-demand days
• Track repeat orders and customer preferences (where data is available)
• Highlight drops or spikes in online sales performance

Offers & Promotions Tracking

• Monitor ongoing platform offers, discounts, and campaigns
• Evaluate performance of running offers
• Suggest optimized offer structures to improve visibility and conversions

Competitor Monitoring & Benchmarking

• Track competitor listings, pricing, offers, and ratings
• Monitor competitor visibility, promotions, and content strategies
• Identify best practices and recommend better or differentiated implementations

Reporting & Recommendations

• Prepare weekly online ordering performance reports
• Share insights on:
• Best-performing items
• Platform-wise performance
• Offer effectiveness
• Competitor comparison
• Submit actionable recommendations to the Operations / Marketing team

Coordination & Execution Support

• Coordinate with outlet teams for order readiness and fulfillment issues
• Support management in implementing platform-level improvements
• Assist in rollout of new offers, menu changes, or campaigns

Skills & Tools Required

• Familiarity with online food delivery platforms (partner dashboards preferred)
• Strong interest in data, trends, and digital marketplaces
• Basic to intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Comfortable using mobile apps, dashboards, and reports

• Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or any discipline)
• Fresher / Intern

• Willing to monitor platforms daily and suggest enhancements
