Order Administrator

The Order Coordinator is responsible for ensuring and maintaining a high level of customer service by taking ownership of handling all Quick Ship order related processes. You will interface with customers, suppliers, sales representatives, divisions, as well as other employees in functional areas such as finance, planning, purchase, and production. In this role, your responsibilities will include taking ownership of Quick Ship orders, reviewing contracts and orders for compliance and accuracy, loading and managing orders into company business systems, updating quote status, processing change orders, generating sales invoices, resolving contract and order issues, archiving order-related documents, preparing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, providing updates on orders, preparing commission statements, assisting in order entry for the Service team, and identifying process improvements. You are someone who acts quickly and decisively in fast-changing situations, shows initiative, has a strong bottom-line orientation, persists in accomplishing objectives, exceeds goals, distinguishes between relevant and irrelevant information, looks beyond the obvious, analyzes diverse sources of information, and recommends process improvements. For this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, administration and organizational skills, technological proficiency, 2-3 years of experience, excellent command of spoken and written English, and experience with Oracle Business Systems. Experience in inside sales and order entry is considered an advantage. You will interact with internal stakeholders such as VP Flow Controls MEA, directors, managers, supervisors, engineers, order administrators, shipping coordinators, customer service personnel, and workshop personnel.
