In Oracle supply chain and operations at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications. You will analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.As part of the Business Application Consulting team you lead the implementation of Oracle Supply Chain and Operations solutions. As a Manager you are accountable for supervising teams, mentoring junior staff, and managing client accounts while delivering exceptional service and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Supply Chain Management initiatives focused on Costing solutions
  • Supervise and guide team members in their professional development
  • Maintain project deliverables that meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their costing needs and challenges
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and leading practices
  • Analyze financial data to support decision-making and strategy development
  • Foster substantial relationships with stakeholders to enhance project success
What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 9 years of experience in implementing GTM/OTM/OM/MFG/Planning central/Inventory/Costing module in Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
  • Leading at least 4 end-to-end implementations
  • Acting as Oracle Cloud domain specialist
  • Providing guidance on supply chain processes
  • Understanding business requirements for system configurations
  • Exposure to SCOR and APQC frameworks preferred
