Oracle OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) Consultants

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a
techno-functional consultant
in Oracle OTM implementations and support projects
Configure and customize
OTM modules
based on client business requirements
Analyze and optimize
transportation and logistics business processes
Design and implement
end-to-end OTM solutions
, including integrations with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and prepare detailed design and functional documentation
Lead or support
cloud migration
projects from on-premise or legacy transportation systems
Conduct user training and support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support
Provide advanced
troubleshooting and root cause analysis
for complex issues
Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations and industry best practices

Required Skills

Proven expertise in
Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
Strong
techno-functional
knowledge: configuration, customization, and development
Experience integrating OTM with
ERP
,
WMS
, or
TMS
platforms
Solid understanding of
logistics and supply chain
business processes
Ability to design scalable and efficient OTM solutions
Hands-on experience with
documentation

solution presentations
Knowledge of
cloud migration strategies and tools

Preferred Qualifications
