Position Overview:

Work Locations:

• Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur, Gujarat
• (Recruitment will be conducted from our Pune Corporate Office)

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification:

  Fresh Graduates (B.Com / B.A. / BBA preferred; others welcome)

• Experience:

  Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of sales/marketing experience

• Language Preference:

  Marathi & Hindi preferred; basic English a plus

• Other Skills:

  Local market knowledge, willingness to travel, interest in fieldwork

• Personality:

  Self-starter, strong communicator, goal-focused

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and develop business relationships with

  dealers, government contractors, and builders

• Promote

  AAC blocks, mortars, and plasters

  in the assigned territory
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates to the Area In-Charge
• Report market trends and feedback from stakeholders
• Maintain records of daily field activities and visits
