Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Implement and configure Oracle HCM solutions for clients.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on Oracle HCM modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle HCM implementation.
Develop and maintain documentation of Oracle HCM configurations and processes.
Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM architecture and functionality.
Experience with Oracle HCM configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in HR and payroll management.
