Job Description

Development and Customization
: Design, develop, and deploy SAP CRM components, including Web UI enhancements, business logic, and custom reports.
Integration
: Maintain and enhance CRM middleware, working with integration technologies like IDocs, BAPIs, and Web Services to connect CRM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Testing and Support
: Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide ongoing support for the SAP CRM system.
Collaboration
: Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Documentation
: Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, code comments, and process maps.
System Management
: Support system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring custom developments are compatible with new SAP versions and follow best practices.
