Job Description

Role Overview: Working in the Advisory Acceleration Centre at PwC involves providing premium, cost-effective services to support process quality and delivery capability for client engagements. As a Manager in the Business Application Consulting team, you will lead Oracle Cloud HCM functional initiatives and manage client engagements. You will play a pivotal role in actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax, and Business Services, by engaging in challenging projects and providing distinctive services to enhance quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Oracle Cloud HCM functional projects and client engagements - Supervise and mentor team members to ensure quality deliverables - Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs - Address complex client requirements effectively - Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance performance - Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards - Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation - Utilize technology to streamline operations and enhance service delivery Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - 8 years of relevant experience in cloud HCM - Oral and written proficiency in English required Additional Details: As part of the role, you should have a minimum of 10-14 years of total experience relevant to the position, including 5+ years of project management experience. It is essential to have multiple HCM full lifecycle implementation experience with three end-to-end cloud implementations or 5+ years of Oracle cloud experience. Strong business writing skills, verbal communication, analytical abilities, and exposure to quantitative project management are necessary. Moreover, having functional expertise in various HCM modules, a good understanding of integrations and solutions in HCM projects, and experience in managing people and teams will be beneficial in excelling in this role.,
