Job Overview:

Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of

  Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules

  (Workforce Compensation, Base Pay, Salary Basis, Components, Grades, and Compensation Cycles).
• Partner with HR and business leaders to analyze requirements and deliver effective functional solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy Compensation plans, cycles, and related HR processes.
• Provide expertise in

  compensation rules, eligibility profiles, grade ladders, and salary administration

  .
• Support data migration, validation, and integrations with Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams for reporting, integrations, and customizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant, with at least 3+ years in

  Compensation module implementation

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Oracle HCM Cloud (Compensation, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits)

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Workforce Compensation cycles, Compensation Statements, and Salary Basis configuration

  .
• Good understanding of

  HR business processes

  and compensation best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in

  Compensation

  .
• Experience with

  integration tools

  (OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, HCM Extracts).
• Previous consulting experience with large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
