Job Title: US IT/Non-IT Recruiter Location: Rohini, Delhi (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US IT/Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Rohini, Delhi . The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT and Non-IT professionals for our US-based clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, an in-depth understanding of job requirements across various industries, and experience with multiple sourcing techniques. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit IT and Non-IT professionals for various roles across different technologies and domains. Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and other recruiting tools to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and interest. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings. Negotiate salary and employment terms with candidates in alignment with client expectations. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding. Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure compliance with US recruitment laws and company policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 1-5 years of experience in US IT/Non-IT recruitment. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT roles, industry trends, and hiring challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Recruitment Tools: Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing platforms. Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate salary and contracts with candidates. Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to Work in Night Shifts (US Eastern/Pacific time zones). Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with US-based staffing agencies or clients. Knowledge of visa types (H1B, Green Card, TN, EAD, etc.) and work authorization processes.
