Role Overview: You will be an experienced Oracle HCM Compensation Consultant for a freelance/contract engagement, responsible for implementing the Workforce Compensation module, configuring end-to-end solutions, and designing innovative compensation processes to meet client requirements. Your collaboration with consulting teams and stakeholders will be crucial for successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and manage the Oracle HCM Compensation module from end-to-end. - Lead Workforce Compensation implementations, including setup, testing, and go-live support. - Design and develop complex compensation solutions using Oracle HCM functionality. - Collaborate with consulting teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical/functional solutions. - Provide expertise in compensation planning, budgets, eligibility rules, and cycle management. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with best practices. Qualification Required: - 3+ full lifecycle implementations of the Oracle HCM Compensation module. - Proven experience in designing and developing complex compensation plans. - Basic working knowledge of Fast Formulas related to compensation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to solution design. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
