Role Description We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with 10+ years of technical expertise , specifically within the SAP Payroll domain and HANA environment . The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, customizing, and enhancing SAP HR/Payroll solutions to meet business needs and support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs specifically in the SAP HR/Payroll area. Work within the HANA environment to optimize performance and enable advanced processing. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain SAP Scripts, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms. Ensure high-quality documentation, version control, and adherence to best practices. Participate in at least 2 full-cycle implementations or system upgrades . Required Qualifications: Certified SAP Technical Consultant OR minimum 10 years of SAP experience . 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT/ERP and/or Payroll/HR systems. Strong expertise in ABAP HR Programming and Object-Oriented ABAP . Proficient in SAP Scripts , SmartForms , and Adobe Forms development . Hands-on experience with SAP HANA -based development and optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
