• Should have experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Financials applications to meet organizational financial management needs.
• Responsible for requirement gathering from business stakeholders, designing functional solutions, and configuring modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, etc.
• Hands-on experience in customization using Oracle Application Composer, data migration from legacy systems, integration with other applications (CRM, HRMS, third-party systems), and developing test plans and validating system functionality.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation of financial systems.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams, manage multiple tasks, and stay updated with Oracle Fusion Financials releases and best practices.
