Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant

As the primary point of contact for customers, your role involves facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees. You must have experience with all aspects of system support, testing, and pre & post-implementation activities. Independently working on support and resolving issues, investigating, analyzing, and providing solutions for any customer-specific requirements will be part of your responsibilities. Knowledge of SRs, RFCs, and My Oracle Support is required, and you will lead the team through all aspects of service delivery.
