As an ideal candidate for the role, you should meet the following qualifications: Role Overview: - You should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. - Your experience should include a minimum of 10 years in Oracle and Coupa Cloud technology or a similar role, with at least 5 years of managing offshore technical teams. - Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and project delivery methodologies is essential. - Proven techno-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Workday is required. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and inspire technical teams with your leadership skills. - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. - Work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage teams across different time zones. - Preferred qualifications include experience in a global organization with distributed teams, certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials technology and Workday, and familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practices. - Advantageous to be a proven Oracle Cloud Financials techno-functional analyst and/or Solution Architect in various areas such as AR, AP, GL, Projects, Lease, Cash Management, Tax, FCCS, EPBCS, EPCM, and EDMCS. - Knowledge and certifications in ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practices are beneficial. - Familiarity with the Coupa platform would also be a plus.
