Job Summary:

Oracle Fusion Finance Technical Developer


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and customize solutions using

    Oracle Fusion Financials

    modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
  • Design and implement

    BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards reports

    .
  • Perform

    data migrations

    , including FBDI and ADFDI templates, and troubleshoot data load issues.
  • Develop

    custom workflows, extensions, and personalizations

    within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure

    system performance, reliability, and scalability

    through efficient coding and configuration.
  • Support

    issue resolution, patching, upgrades, and testing

    activities.
  • Maintain

    documentation, configuration control

    , and adherence to SDLC best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field

    .

  • 3+ years

    of experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion Financials technical development.
  • Strong hands-on experience in:

  • BI Publisher, OTBI reports

  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

    and REST/SOAP API integrations

    is a plus

  • FBDI, ADFDI, and SQL/PLSQL scripting

  • Oracle Visual Builder / ADF frameworks (is a plus)

  • Familiarity with

    financial processes

    (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (Fusion Financials).
  • Experience with

    Fusion Security, Role Customization, and BPM workflows

    .
  • Exposure to

    Agile methodologies

    and DevOps tools like Jira, Git, or Azure DevOps.
