Integration Patterns and Best Practices • Define and implement integration patterns and best practices to ensure consistency, reliability, and performance. Collaboration • Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration. Performance Tuning and Optimization • Analyze and optimize the performance of integration solutions, addressing bottlenecks and improving efficiency. Troubleshooting and Support • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to OIC implementations. • Provide support during system outages or critical incidents. Documentation • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and operational procedures. Technical Leadership • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. • Share knowledge and best practices related to Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, and related technologies. Continuous Learning • Stay current with the latest Oracle Cloud technologies and integration trends. • Proactively recommend and implement improvements to existing processes and tools. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and the VBCS platform. • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions. • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud services and related technologies. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Oracle Integration Cloud Certification is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud certification in HCM (Technical or Functional).
