Role Overview:

Oracle Fusion Cloud APEX Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build

  Oracle APEX applications

  to extend and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
• Develop custom pages, dashboards, forms, and workflows using APEX, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Integrate APEX apps with

  Fusion Cloud REST APIs

  , BI Publisher reports, and Fusion data models.
• Develop and optimize

  PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions

  for custom logic.
• Work on

  data extracts

  ,

  OTBI

  ,

  BIP

  , and

  Web Services

  for reporting and integration.
• Build secure applications following

  roles, privileges, and Fusion security best practices

  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across APEX, Fusion integrations, and database layers.
• Support UAT, production deployments, performance tuning, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Collaborate with functional leads to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution architecture, and deployment guides.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–7+ years of experience with

  Oracle APEX development

  .
• Hands-on experience integrating APEX with

  Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM)

  .
• Strong skills in

  Oracle SQL, PL/SQL

  , REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with

  Fusion data model

  , FBDI, OTBI, and BIP.
• Understanding of

  Fusion ERP financials or supply chain modules

  (preferred).
• Familiarity with

  JavaScript, HTML, CSS

  , and APEX UI frameworks.
• Experience with OAuth2, tokens, and Fusion security setups for external apps.
• Solid troubleshooting, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle APEX certification
• Experience with

  OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)

  is a plus
• Knowledge of VBCS, PCS, or Oracle PaaS components
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns
