Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle ARCS, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Analyze existing reconciliation processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using ARCS features.
Configure reconciliation formats, profiles, matching rules, and workflows in ARCS.
Develop and execute test plans to validate reconciliation logic and system performance.
Provide training and support to end-users and ensure adoption of ARCS best practices.
Monitor system performance and data integrity, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Collaborate with finance, audit, and IT teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business goals.
Stay current with Oracle ARCS updates and recommend enhancements based on new features.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically ARCS.
Strong understanding of account reconciliation processes, financial close, and internal controls.
Experience with ARCS modules such as Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
Proficiency in Smart View, Excel, and data integration tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
