Job Description

As an Oracle Finance Consultant at the company, your role involves providing business application implementation, support, and continuous improvement in the Finance areas utilizing Oracle Fusion ERP application and technology platform. Your expertise will ensure smooth, efficient, and effective business operations by leveraging innovative technology solutions and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop application implementation project plans and lead Oracle Fusion ERP application implementation for Finance areas. - Gather requirements, build, test, train, and deploy solutions to meet business requirements within defined timelines. - Provide post-production support for functional and technical issues, collaborating with IT Helpdesk, DBA, and Oracle service support. - Proactively seek continuous improvement in Oracle functional application capabilities and technical performance. - Conduct requirement gathering, design specification, development, configuration, CRP, UAT, training, and migration for new implementations and process enhancements. - Ensure application change management process adherence and information confidentiality as per company policy. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. - Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite is advantageous. - Minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations with Oracle Finance. - In-depth knowledge of financial and operational business practices. - Experience in implementing and supporting long-term/complex projects in Oracle Finance. - Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Ability to engage key stakeholders at different levels. - Familiarity with working in an integrated and multi-cultural environment. - Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. The desired application modules/areas knowledge include: - e-Biz/Fusion Tax - AME/BPM - SLA - Order-to-Cash End-to-End process - Integrations (On-Premise and Cloud) In addition, familiarity with the following application modules/areas is beneficial: - General Ledger - Accounts Receivable - Cash Management - Fixed Assets - iExpenses - Project Costing - Project Billing - Property Management Your expertise and experience will be instrumental in ensuring the effective implementation and support of Oracle Finance solutions within the company's operations.,
