About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support projects, coupled with a good understanding of SQL/PLSQL for analysis and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and work with business users for process improvements on EBS and Fusion Cloud.
• Contribute to Oracle Financials implementations (EBS & Fusion Cloud) including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and business) to design scalable solutions aligned with finance processes.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documents.
• Guide junior consultants and provide functional expertise in critical project phases.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases and assess impacts on existing processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Financials Consultant.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS Financials) not less than 4 years
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Experience across multiple modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, ChRM
• Proven exposure to full lifecycle implementations and support projects.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL for queries, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to gather requirements, perform solution design, and configure systems independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in R12 upgrades and/or Fusion Cloud migration projects.
• Ability to work in Agile delivery models.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• Oracle Financials certifications (EBS/Fusion Cloud) preferred.
