Location:

EPBCS

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements for
planning and consolidation
processes.
Design and configure
EPBCS
modules (Workforce, Financials, Capex, Projects, Custom).
Implement and maintain
FCCS
for financial close, consolidation, and reporting.
Develop
business rules
,
data forms
,
dashboards
, and
smart view templates
.
Create and manage
data integrations
using Data Management or
Data Integration Agent
(formerly FDMEE).
Support
monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and closing cycles
.
Perform
testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
of EPM applications.
Partner with finance stakeholders to improve EPM solution usability and adoption.

Experience:

5–7 years of hands-on experience in
Oracle EPM Cloud
(minimum 2+ years in EPBCS and 2+ years in FCCS).
Strong understanding of
FP&A
,
consolidation
, and
financial reporting processes
.
Proficient in:
Business Rules / Calculation Manager
Data Management / EPM Integration Agent
Smart View
Financial Reporting Web Studio
Experience with
metadata management
,
security setup
, and
workflow
.
Solid understanding of
intercompany eliminations
,
currency translations
, and
ownership management
in FCCS.
Familiarity with
Oracle EPM Automate
and
REST APIs
is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Qualifications:

Oracle EPM Cloud certifications (EPBCS and/or FCCS).
Knowledge of other modules like
ARCS
,
TRCS
, or
Narrative Reporting
is a plus.
