In this role, you will be expected to contribute significantly to the success of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation and support, specifically within the Project Costing and Billing modules. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Experience Required - 6 years to 8 years.
Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Project Costing and Billing processes.
Ensure the Finance Application solutions adhere to the Global Template approach while catering to country-specific requirements where applicable.
Collaborate closely with Functional and Technical teams, as well as business users, to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly with high quality.
Work in coordination with Solution Architects and Global Process Owners to validate and align on business solutions before proceeding with design or development.
Engage proactively with key business stakeholders to provide an overview of current solutions and enhancements.
Responsible for gathering requirements, documentation, testing, and implementation of changes per industry standards and best practices.
Ensure all functional documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and follows the defined quality standards.
Maintain strong communication with customers and stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
Follow a root cause analysis approach to resolve issues effectively and ensure lasting solutions.
Uphold a strong sense of ownership, quality, and accountability in every phase of support and development.
Position Qualifications and Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you are expected to possess the following qualifications and competencies:
Mandatory experience in Oracle EBS with a strong focus on Project Costing and Billing modules.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience providing high-quality support to customers in Oracle ERP environments.
In-depth understanding of ERP financial and costing processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
A solution-driven mindset with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliverables with high standards.
Experience in issue identification, resolution, and escalation with effective risk mitigation.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
