Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM – FCCS Functional Consultant to join our growing EPM practice. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in financial consolidation, close management, and reporting, along with a deep understanding of accounting principles and Oracle FCCS configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end functional implementation of Oracle FCCS, from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Work closely with Finance teams to understand consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional design and configuration within FCCS.
• Configure dimensions, hierarchies, consolidation rules, ownership structures, and currency translation settings.
• Define and manage close process workflows, task lists, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with technical teams for data integration, validation, and reporting setup.
• Conduct UAT sessions, end-user training, and provide post-go-live functional support.
• Ensure system design aligns with business goals and Oracle best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of experience, with 3+ years in Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS functional consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial close and consolidation processes, chart of accounts, and financial reporting.
• Experience in functional configuration, metadata management, ownership management, and elimination logic.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Hands-on exposure to data management (FDMEE/Data Integration) is an added advantage.
• Excellent client-facing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Oracle EPM Cloud certification preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other Oracle EPM modules such as ARCS, EPBCS, or EDMCS.
• Background in Finance, Accounting, or Management Reporting (CA, CMA, MBA Finance preferred).
• Prior experience working in a consulting environment or global implementation project.
