International (OPT) Talent Recruiter

About The Opportunity

We operate in the Global Talent Acquisition & Early-Career Mobility sector, matching international students and early-career professionals with employer opportunities in the US and worldwide. Our focus is on OPT/EAD-eligible talent, visa-aware hiring, and building pipelines that scale employer access to high-potential candidates.This is a fully remote role based in India, ideal for recruiters experienced with OPT/F-1 ecosystems and employer-facing hiring programs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Source, engage, and qualify OPT/EAD candidates across LinkedIn, Handshake, university career portals, and niche communities to build a high-quality pipeline.
  • Conduct structured screening interviews, evaluate technical and cultural fit, and prepare concise candidate briefs for hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate lifecycle in the ATS—track applications, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and maintain accurate pipeline metrics.
  • Advise candidates on OPT timelines, EAD validity, employer sponsorship expectations, and basic visa compliance to reduce hiring friction.
  • Partner with US-based hiring teams to translate role requirements into targeted sourcing strategies and coordinate interview loops to accelerate time-to-offer.
  • Maintain and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline velocity, conversion rates) and suggest process improvements to scale operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years recruiting experience with demonstrated success sourcing international students or early-career OPT/EAD candidates.
  • Solid knowledge of F-1 OPT processes, EAD timelines, and basic employer visa considerations.
  • Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, campus platforms, and community networks; comfortable with Boolean search and outreach cadences.
  • Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse/Lever/Workday) and tracking recruiting metrics to drive decisions.

Preferred

  • Experience working with US hiring managers and familiarity with tech or engineering hiring profiles.
  • Strong written communications for candidate outreach and stakeholder updates; multilingual abilities are a plus.
