Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated OPT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens candidates for various IT roles. This role requires strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills to connect with students and consultants from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates on OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, H4 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens through job portals, social media, university contacts, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and vendors.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate terms such as rates, relocation, and availability with candidates and vendors.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer processes between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain candidate database and update recruitment reports regularly.
  • Stay updated with current immigration rules, market demand, and recruitment trends.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly placement targets and contribute to the growth of the recruitment team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as an OPT/US IT Recruiter. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a strong team player.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens) and placing them with direct clients, tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners. This role requires strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and place bench consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizens) to direct clients, implementation partners, and vendors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential vendors and clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with bench consultants by providing regular updates, feedback, and support.
  • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and project details with clients and consultants.
  • Submit consultants profiles for suitable job requirements and follow up to ensure successful interview scheduling and placement.
  • Track submissions, interviews, and placements in recruitment reports.
  • Work closely with internal teams to achieve weekly/monthly targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends and vendor/client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment in the US IT staffing industry or any related software industry.
  • Strong experience in marketing OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn) and networking platforms.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure.
