Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
Managing & Tracking inventory, Checking storage area
Keep tracking of incoming and outgoing inventory
Material planning and Preparing inventory report
Continuously monitor proper inventory at all levels
Inter-Departmental coordination for the requirements
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
Communicate job expectations and coach employees
Determine staffing levels and assign workload
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
Proven work experience as a Supervisor
Knowledge of software packages and MS Office proficiency
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Qualification: Diploma/Graduate
