Role Overview: As a Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in receiving, identifying, and assuring the quality of goods. You will also be in charge of measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance, as well as organizing and maintaining the inventory and storage area. Key Responsibilities: - Manage tracking inventory and checking the storage area - Keep track of incoming and outgoing inventory - Plan materials and prepare inventory reports - Continuously monitor proper inventory levels - Coordinate inter-departmentally for requirements - Measure and report on warehousing activities and employee performance - Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions - Communicate job expectations and coach employees - Determine staffing levels and assign workloads - Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative work procedures - Coordinate activities with other departments Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a Supervisor - Knowledge of software packages and proficiency in MS Office - Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques - Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data - Hands-on commitment to completing tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Qualification: Diploma/Graduate,
