Role Description

Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Monitoring:

  Monitor live mining data using the KiarX platform to ensure smooth operations and detect irregularities.

• Data Analysis:

  Track KPIs and metrics to identify inefficiencies and assist in performance improvement.

• Safety Compliance:

  Ensure operational activities align with safety and environmental regulations.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and share accurate daily/weekly operational reports with insights and recommendations.

• Field Team Coordination:

  Communicate with on-ground teams to resolve operational issues quickly.

• Training & Support:

  Train internal staff or clients on system usage and troubleshooting.

• Process Optimization:

  Suggest improvements to workflows, reporting formats, and monitoring practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills.
• Excellent Analytical and Interpersonal Skills.
• Effective Communication skills, English fluency should be there.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in the mining industry is a plus.

• Day Shift:

  06:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Evening Shift:

  2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Night Shift:

  10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
