The role will involve managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with RWAs, ensuring efficient performance, and addressing customer concerns.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management: Oversee daily operation and maintenance of EV chargers.RWA Coordination: Work with RWAs and property managers to ensure smooth integration and resolve issues.Customer Support: Provide assistance to residents and EV users, handling queries and troubleshooting issues.Growth Support: Assist in expanding charging stations as demand grows.Qualifications SkillsExperience: 2+ years in operations or customer service management, with experience in EV infrastructure a plus.Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Familiarity with charging station technologies is preferred.
