As an experienced Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing fleet operations, restaurant partnerships, and delivery logistics for our fast-growing food delivery platform. With a focus on ensuring smooth coordination between all stakeholders, you must have 3-5 years of experience in managing restaurants or working in the food delivery sector. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the entire fleet, managing delivery riders, restaurant partners, and on-ground operations. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong restaurant relationships to ensure seamless collaboration, optimizing delivery operations for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction, onboarding new restaurants, and negotiating the best discounts and offers in collaboration with the marketing team. Additionally, you will report directly to the CEO and contribute to key strategic decisions. To excel in this role, you must have 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or food delivery operations. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple teams.
