Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Business Development Executive (BDE) team to drive revenue and growth.
Develop and implement
strategies and new ideas
for client acquisition and market expansion.
Set
daily, weekly, and monthly
targets for the team and ensure they are achieved.
Monitor and
chase performance metrics
through regular reporting and reviews.
Conduct training sessions, motivate the team, and resolve performance-related issues.
Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
Coordinate with internal marketing and campaign teams to align outreach efforts.
Provide weekly performance updates to senior management.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strategic thinking and the ability to drive execution
Knowledge of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and target tracking
Ability to handle pressure and deadlines effectively

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing roles & Operations
Experience in managing teams is a strong plus
