Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Surat. The Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficient delivery processes and optimal resource utilization. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, analyzing performance metrics, developing workflow improvements, coordinating with teams to meet business goals, and ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Management skills including operational planning, leadership, and team coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in performance metrics and data analysis
• Proficiency in tools for resource management, reporting, and logistics optimization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments
• Preferred experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field
• Experience with operational technologies and sustainability practices is a plus
