Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Taliparamba. The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline operational processes, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and manage day-to-day activities. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, implementing strategic plans to improve efficiency, managing budgets and schedules, and mentoring team members. The role involves enhancing workflows, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of operational processes, performance analysis, and workflow optimization
• Effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
• Experience with budget management and cost optimization strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the education or consultancy sector
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role and adapt to dynamic environments
