Job Description

Guest Experience: Ensure high service standards, resolve complaints, and maintain guest satisfaction across all areas (rooms, food, events).
Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, fostering a service-oriented culture.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track expenses, control costs, and contribute to revenue generation.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline daily operations, implement policies, manage inventory, and maintain facilities.
Coordination: Liaise with department heads (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to align strategies and execution.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹31,465.65 - ₹41,549.22 per month
