📝 Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth workflow, improving efficiency, managing teams, and aligning operations with the company’s strategic goals. This role involves leadership, planning, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and oversee all operational activities across departments
• Ensure effective implementation of business strategies and policies
• Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices to support efficiency
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for top management
• Lead and mentor teams to ensure high performance and productivity
• Coordinate with departments like HR, Finance, Sales, and Admin for operational support
• Oversee resource planning, budgeting, procurement, and logistics
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations
• Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in operations or general management (leadership role preferred)
• Strong knowledge of operational management principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities
• Experience with ERP systems, project management tools, and data analysis
